Changing climates, high pollution levels and unpredictable seasonal fluctuations are the signs of global warming. Mechanization, over dependence on vehicles and ignoring signs of global warming has resulted in a cause of concern. The remedy is not researching through science and scientists but in doing our own bit to save the world.
Global warming is a strong warning of the change in the temperature of the earth’s surface. The past 25 years have expedited the warmth of the earth’s temperature and there is no obvious noticeability in it cooling down. This is also the answer to rapid forest fires, volcanoes, tsunamis and apparent earthquakes.
The obvious cause lies in excess of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases that increase the temperature which automatically lowers the oxygen content. Another huge reason is planting lesser tress and yielding to deforestation for accommodating human beings. This sets an imbalance in the natural environment which is hampered humanly to a large extent.
Though the effect is begun, the impact will be at a larger volume and the estimated loss is not secured. The process of combustion in industries and also the breathing process of human beings emit carbon dioxide which is not directly proportional to the growth of trees or natural habitat. It is alarming to note that the air conditioners, gas and industrial wastes go a long way to contribute to the harmful effects of global warming.
Various organizations and ecological houses are sending messages to save the world. Though implementing the remedies is not done with zeal, globally people are realizing that this is the only way to save our planet. One can already see the extinction in species in water and land and unknown causes for natural disasters. The rainfall is not normal as before and lack of vegetation, algae and native plants further causes increase in carbon dioxide. The glacier that is melting and lack of formation of ice bergs is again a cause of concern that indicates the heat in the earth.
All this calls for modification at a global level and doing whatever we can to save our planet. Encouraging plantation, avoiding vehicles when not needed, toning the air conditioner at a medium degree goes a long way to help save the environment. The education of this process is done by many organizations and it’s our time to heed the caution.
